based in Aligarh, 130 Kms away on main Road from Delhi, capital
of India. Factory has a foundry shed (4000sqft), machine tool
room (15000sqft), open area (50000sqft) with greenery all side.
The site is strategically located in approved industrial site
separated from residential area along Railway siding. Aligarh
in India has specialized working culture of hardware production.
More than 90% India’s local and export need are feeded
from Aligarh. Company enjoys a reputable position amongst the

auto maker of India ). Later started his business and currently
enjoying very good reputation and understanding in market. Solving
smallest problem with logic and setting simple well-defined

Certification
:
Our company is an approved
and certified vendor for Indian Railway and ISO certified European
Buying house. Third party inspection agency RITES of Indian
railways regularly inspect our supplies. It also monitors and
calibrates our various instruments and process.
Our Buyers :
Ours buyers include reputed Indian Railways (avg. 1m
push cocks, 50000valves etc per annum purchase) , Indian Defense
(50m detonator shells per annum) and a buying houses of European
Buyers ( 1m hardware units). We have a very good understanding
and associated history with our esteemed buyers. This volume
& mix of sale not only benefit company as far as purchases
at volumes is concerned but also provide a cutting edge over
our competitors regarding experience and quality is concerned.

In house facilities :
Factory is capable of developing final product from
drawings and samples. Drawing, pattern making, castings, machining,
powder coating, electrogalvanising, hot-dip zinc coating, electro
nickel plating etc are a few process which are in house. In
addition to metal casting process we also have in house metal-forming
facilities.
Equipments :
Melting furnace: Electric induction melting (100kgs)
and a Oil fired rotary furnace (250kgs). A battery of crucible
furnaces (10kgs x 10 units) for small castings capable of 1
tpd (ton per day) of castings.
Heat
treatment furnaces: Electric heat treatment furnaces for doing
annealing and malleabilising (150kgs batch x 6units).
Metal forming machines: Mechanical presses from 5ton to 100ton
capacity, shearing machines.
Lathes, Shapers, Surface grinders, Bench grinders, polishers,
Ultrasonic cleaning system, paint shop, powder paint booth etc
general machines.
Products :
Push
cocks ( 1m units), Flushing Valves(50000 units), universal couplings(50000
sets) for Indian railways. Detonator shells (50000m pcs) for
defense and explosive industries, builders-hardware (traditional
black antique malleable iron hardware) and iron mongery for
European market (1m units). Due to our in-house production capabilities
we are very flexible in adopting changes as per buyers requirements.
The kind of experience we have gives us a broad view of what
more changes to improve performance of products can be done.

Dates and latest developments :
As
our factory is based in the hardware-producing city, we are
in line latest developments in the field. Changes in metals,
finishing, and packaging are regularly being informed. Memberships
with Indian R&D institutes and attending seminars to update
us are a regular practice, which we follows. Life membership
of Indian Institute of foundry men is one of platform to keep
updates about metal and material changes.
Bulk
Buyers :
On
project basis an arrangement for bulk buyers can be made so
that better prices can be achieved. Supply schedule, inspection
criteria, future demand curve and payment terms are a few areas
of negotiation for a long-term viable project.
Environment
policies :
In
Aligarh, ours is the only factory that consumes very less energy
for producing one kilogram of product. We have electric induction
melting unit and electric heat treatment unit which none of
Aligarh producer still have. We have equal ratio of greenery
and plantation with works. Our patron, head of group, has given
a very clear instruction of plantation and is therefore being
strictly followed.
